C13 with possible earlier origins, C15 aisles and south porch, C15 west tower, C19 vestry.

Architectural Features

Niche above with figure of St Leonard on raised base under nodding ogee canopy with foliated finial.

Interior: C15 arcades to nave with octagonal piers, on chamfered bases, and moulded capitals supporting pointed double chamfered arches.

Chancel: west jamb of rear-arch to blocked lancet window in north wall, C13 trefoil-headed sedilium, and piscina with roll-moulded pointed head, to south wall.

C15 octagonal font on octagonal pier with moulded cap and hollow-chamfered base.

C14 effigy of priest, formed in an ogee canopy, at west end of nave

monumental brass to Thomas Tonge, Rector, 1472, at east end of chancel.
