Norman church remodelled in later Middle Ages
Nave (unroofed): 2 Norman doorways with carving in tympani: ("Circle intersected by 4 lobed motif drawn in one line" - Pevsner).
Central tower: 3 stages, clasping buttresses, Norman window on S side, parapet of pierced quatrefoils in lozenges, is mostly modern replacement of Perpendicular work.
Chancel: 2 Norman windows on N side and blocked 2 centre arched doorway on S side.
