Nave arcades are early C14, of 4 bays with high octagonal piers

Fine C15 roofs to chancel and nave has angels carrying emblems of the Crucifixion

Fragmnents of painting in the south aisle - figures, medallions and tools

In south transept are a number of monuments to the Cheyne family including Thomas Peyro (deceased 1429) and his wife: and 3 chest tombs, Dame Anne Cheyne (deceased 1561): Lord Cheyne (deceased 1587)

North transept Wentworth Chapel - monuments include:- Maria Wentworth (deceased 1632) with a seated figure under a baldacchino

and Lady Henrietta Wentworth (deceased 1686) with 2 allegorical figures and a grotesque representation of Death.
