C12 largely rebuilt in C13

Architectural Features

two restored C16 windows with two four-centred lights in a square head with moulded labels, C14 doorway with wave-moulded jambs and two-centred arch, C19 west gable bellcote.

two late C13 lancet windows with moulded labels and mask stops, the western window carried below the transom as a 'low-side' window - now blocked.

C19 round arch, C12 responds with scalloped capitals and C19 abaci.

C13 bracket in chancel on north wall

two C16 brackets in nave and one in porch reset.

Coffin-lid C13 or C14 in window recess of chancel.

C15 octagonal ogee - shaped bowl against a square pier, plain attached stem and moulded base.

Locker, C13 in chancel.

For monuments see RCHM and VCH (in the churchyard are a number of C18 tombstones).

The chancel was in ruins in 1542, the C19 bellcote replaces a small west tower.
