C12 origins with C13

Architectural Features

C14 windows.

Nave: south wall: one Norman window and a C13 window with 2 pointed trefoil lights and quatrefoil in plate tracery over.

Chancel: north wall: a Norman window and remodelled Norman doorway.

To south wall a further C13 window like that in nave.

East window: probably early C14, has 3 trefoil lights with 3 quatrefoils above.

Font: black marble hexagonal bowl with concave sides ornamented with shields.

Some castellated bench ends of medieval date and Gothic stalls carved by the Rev W T Kingsley, rector 1859-1917.
