Medieval, rebuilt apart from part of the tower 1887-8 by Bell and Roper of Manchester.

Architectural Features

Plain tile roofs.

Inner pair of segmental arched doorways divided by a single colonette with fillet and decorative capital supporting a carved figure set into a cinqeufoil arched niche and flanked by single decorative quatrefoils.

The east chancel has single crocketed pinnacles at the angles below each are 4 small gargoyles and blind traceried panels.

Double chamfered chancel arch with rood screen.

C19 octagonal ashlar font.

C14 octagonal ashlar font on octagonal pedestal.
