Architectural Features

West tower: C15, 3 stages.

Clockface below a C15 2-light pointed-arched cusped belfry window.

The inner board door has C12 Norman surround and in the arch one order of radially placed bulls heads, one of a zigzag and a hoodmould of radial lobes.

Interior: 3-bay north and south arcades, C14 nave.

Some heads from the Norman corbel table are reset in the south aisle inside to support its roof.

Chancel: C14 sedilia of 3 cusped openings with hoodmould and crocketing, similar piscina.

C14 cusped Easter sepulchre with frieze of naturalistic leaves and crocketed.

Niches to either side of east window have vaulted canopies with ogee details, probably C14.
