Arcade of C1200, early C14 chancel, C14 south arcade, late C15 tower, C19 organ chamber and restoration.

Architectural Features

To south: basket-arched priest's door beneath Tudor-arched window of 4 stepped round-headed lights.

South aisle contains C14 ogee-arched tomb recess with elaborate crockets and sub-cusping.

Also in south aisle east end stone effigies to Sir Nicholas Fairfax, died 1572, and his 2 wives.

At west end, tomb to Sir Thomas Fairfax, died 1828, and his wife: white marble figure of Piety reclining over 2 urns.
