Fabric generally early C14 with earlier tower base.

Architectural Features

Late C13 tall bell openings with 'Y' tracery, much restored.

Nave and chancel in one with good early C14 fenestration, generally 2-light windows with cusped Y-tracery, some with ogee heads to lights.

C14 south doorway and priests door in south wall of chancel.

C14 north doorway blocked in flintwork: hoodmould with head stops.

C14 double piscina in south-east corner of chancel with clustered shafts, ogee and cusped Y-tracery head under a crocketted ogee head mould on headstops.

South wall of nave, a wall monument to Edward Wigg, d. 1825.

Font, C13, on two octagonal risers: tapered octagonal bowl with shallow arcading on octagonal stem and eight shafts, all in Purbeck marble.
