C12 with C15 alterations and 1911 restoration and extension.

Architectural Features

Limestone, sandstone and gritstone rubble and ashlar, stone slate and plain tile roof.

To west, a 2-light square-headed window of 1427 beneath blocked arch of earlier window.

Fragments of C13 floriate cross grave slab built into wall.

Nave: C19 2-light windows flanking 1911 timber-framed porch which contains C12 door of 2 moulded orders with richly carved medallion hoodmould resting on beakheads, the whole carried by detached shafts, that to left fluted, with scalloped capitals and square abaci.

Agnus Dei facing an angel, the Last Supper, unidentified scene with 2 adult figures, a child and an ape, Sagittarius, the Caladrius, two wrestlers and a beast.

Interior contains C12 circular font on pillar and C12 pillar piscina with small square fluted bowl on cable-moulded necking set on octagonal stem with chevron ornamentation.

2 C12 acoustic pots set into chancel walls.
