South aisle: at east end, head of piscina, and C15 tomb recess with cusped gable with finial, containing grave cover with eight-armed fleury cross and sword.
In tower, font with circular basin set on four shafts with waterleaf capitals.
Nave has C15 roof.

Choir stalls: C19, richly carved, of misericord style.
Mounted in nave on north pier of tower arch: black marble monument with bas relief figures of Sir Henry Boynton and wife Isabella, died 1531, with marginal Latin inscription.
This black marble grave monument was originally place in the medieval north aisle of St Agatha's Church and has been reset upright in the west wall of the nave. It shows the knight in full plate armour and his lady in long gown and headdress, with a buck and a dog at their respective feet. The marginal Latin inscription, in Old English characters, runs round all four sides and reads as follows: Hic jacet d[omi]ñ[u]s He[n]ricus Boyntõn myles ultim[us] heres de Sydbery isti[us] nõ[min]is et Essabella uxor ejus qui VII [die] Januarii obiit añ[n]o D[omi]ñi mocccccoxxxio quo[rum] añi[ma]b[us] p[ro]picietur Deus Ame[n]. "Here lies Lord Henry Boynton, a soldier, the last heir of Sedbury of that name, and Isabella his wife, who died the 7th day of January in the 1531st year of our Lord, to whose souls may the Lord be gracious, Amen." In south aisle, wall monuments include marble tablets above recess to Matthew Raine, Vicar of Stanwick St John
