C12 nave, C14 west tower, chancel and south porch, restored and south wall of nave largely rebuilt in 1881 by T Nicholson.

Architectural Features

Carved gargoyle to south face of parapet

nave, 2-light late C19 windows flank doorway with gabled porch, outer archway of two continuous orders, inner moulded and outer chamfered, moulded label inner doorway, c1200 semi-circular headed arch of two orders, inner roll moulded and outer chamfered, chamfered label with carved stops

Restored C14 windows remain on north wall of chancel, one single trefoil ogee-headed light to west and 2- light window to east.

Interior: trussed rafter roof with scissor-bracing to nave reputedly of medieval date but probably heavily restored.

Monuments: in chancel south wall, tomb recess, c1300-10, with moulded jambs, cinquefoiled and sub-cusped arch, spandrels with foliage ornament flanked by mutilated pinnacles, crocketted gable and carved finial
