Architectural Features

chancel has repairs in C16-C17 red brick.

Late C14 square 2-stage tower with 3-stage diagonal buttresses to south face.

Core of nave substantially of c.1200.

C14 north nave doorway with unmoulded 2-centred arch

Chancel probably of C15 date: to the north, a single 2-light window with square head

C15 arch-braced chancel roof in 4 bays, the high collars supporting king-posts to a ridge piece, below which is east-west bracing.

No chancel arch, Chancel has ogee piscina, probably C15.

Furnishings and monuments removed prior to conversion.
