Architectural Features

Coursed and squared rubble, slate and double Roman tile roofs, coped verges.

C13 outer doorway to porch with a trefoiled arch on 3 detached Purbeck shafts, inner doorway on one order of similar shafts.

The font in St Andrew's is almost certainly Norman, making it older than the church fabric around it which is from the thirteenth century onwards. The tub font is likely to have been used in an earlier church and the wooden cover is dated 1617.
