N arcade is Norman and blocked.
C13 S arcade has octagonal piers with moulded bases and capitals with nailhead ornament, polygonal responds and double-chamfered arches.
Norman font has circular, tub-shaped bowl with intersecting, beaded, round- headed arches to liner part of bail, rather crudely executed.
In the Leicestershire Buildings of England Nikolaus Pevsner described the font as "Norman, circular, of tub shape, with intersected, beaded arches in a strip on the lower part of the bowl; the arches have gone wrong in one place in size and positioning."
