Architectural Features

original C12 board door, hung inside on wall

and inner C12 doorway with shafts with scalloped capitals and zigzag and roll moulding to arch.

West gable has wide gabled bellcote, probably C15.

To right, a C15 double-chamfered 2-light cusped flat-arched window.

East end: C14-C15 3-light cusped pointed-arched window.

Interior: C12 chancel arch, heavily restored.

Nave has shallow king-post roof of 3 trusses, each having a carved crest in the centre.

Font: heavy C17 font has chamfered square base and tapering banded shaft supporting chamfered square bowl.

C18 royal arms over chancel arch.
