Architectural Features

Nave: one C16 window to north and south with 3 arched lights under square head

shafted south doorway of one order, capitals carved with foilage and volutes, moulded arch with chevron and other ornament

shafted north doorway of one order with carved capitals and moulded arch with chevron ornament

Chancel: C19 north and south windows with 2 round arched lights, C16 south-east window with 2 round arched lights, C19 one light round arched east window

tall C12 chancel arch with roll moulding, 2 orders and capitals carved with foilage and grotesques

C17 Communion rail, C17 communion table at west end of nave

Monuments: tablet to Christopher Griffith, 1776 by J Wilton, large female figure bending over urn with portrait medallion

This is an important C12 chrch, notable for the lack of later additions.
