C13 chancel and nave under one roof and S vestry, possibly chapel, restored 1856 adding N porch

Architectural Features

Coursed flint, some decorative brick courses, dark ironstone and C19 Bath limestone dressings, old plain tile roof

E end has C19 triple stepped lancet window and plinth with C17 brick offset

In centre open gabled porch of carved timber with arcaded sides, inside C13 chamfered pointed doorway with C19 door

Vestry has similar on E side, and tiny C13 pointed lancet to S, with hipped roof

Nave has to W side of vestry double pointed lancet, in centre blocked C13 pointed doorway and at W C19 pointed lancet

On S wall C13 trefoiled piscina and chamfered roundheaded niche containing 28 medieval decorated tiles

Under gallery recarved C13 font of octagonal bowl with spurs to form square lower part on large cylindrical stem with 4 marble corner columns
