Fabric mainly 12th and 14th century with later roofs over nave and chancel.

Architectural Features

12th century round west tower with 14th century 2- light bell openings. later embattled parapet with brick dressings and coping.

Fine 14th century south porch, now much patched and repaired, with large diagonally-set niches flanking entrance.

South doorway 12th century very elaborate: three orders of shafts with scallop and volute capitals, arch of three orders with fillets between the major orders.

Nave and chancel windows generally early 14th century with a rich variety of Decorated motifs

12th century north doorway with two orders of shafts.

14th century piscina in south east corner of chancel, with two arches and central shaft.

Memorial slab with brass inset to Sir Anthony Gaudy d.March 30th, 1642.

Some fragments of medieval glass in south chancel window.

Octagonal font with quatrefoiled panels around bowl and panelled stem.
