Architectural Features

Adjacent the south east side is a single rectangular ashlar head stone to John Robin, 1671.

An enigma in St.Michael's church .... the oldest surviving part is the late 14th / early 15th century tower in a Victorian rebuild of 1859-60, however this font looks like a 12th century bowl on a circular pedestal and base.

Possible C12 circular font set on to a circular pedestal and base.

On the north tower wall is a monument to William Watson, 1755.
