C12 with C13

Architectural Features

C14 additions and alterations, early C19 and early C20 restorations.

South front, nave: raised verges, restored 3- light window with trefoil headed lights and tracery to left, similar window and 2-light C13 window to right of C19 gabled porch with coat of arms in gable

inner C12 doorway with semi-circular-headed relieving arch with label and chevron and dog-tooth ornament, plain masonry tympanum and decorated lintel below with diapering and scale ornament, plain jambs with chamfered brackets supporting lintel

INTERIOR: trussed rafter roof throughout, possibly of C14 to nave, north aisle

north chapel, C15 or C16 roof to chancel.

Fittings: C15 stone reredos to east wall of north chapel is of seven bays with central and outer bays of wider proportions and carried to full height each with baldacchino canopy.

C13 font, plain circular bowl with cylindrical stem and chamfered base

wooden hexagonal pulpit retaining C17 decorated panels.
