C12 origins, C17, restored 1885.

Architectural Features

To centre a C17 south porch, gabled with chamfered 4-centred-arched doorway, 3 ball finials to stone coping.

Early C19 wall memorial to far left.

Above a C17 double bellcote which has rusticated stonework with 4-centred-arched openings, moulded cornice, pyramidal gable with squat obelisk on top, flanked by 2 similar obelisks.

Medieval monument, recumbent effigy of knight, with bare head, chain mail, long mantle, crossed legs and large shield, feet on lion, c1320-30.

Fine early C18 carved marble monument to George Laverson with pilasters and open pediment with 3 cherubs inside it.
